Location: Hartville, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, 50 hours/week
Compensation: Weekly pay + Monthly Attendance Bonuses + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do:
Mount steel and aluminum truck bodies onto chassis
Install essential components such as lights, tarp systems, mud flaps, and side boards
Perform final preparations including touch-up paint and cab cleaning
Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Basic mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Consistent work history with reliable attendance
Ownership of basic tools (a list can be provided upon request)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation to our Hartville facility
Physical Requirements:
This is a physically active role requiring:
Frequent use of step ladders
Kneeling, squatting, sitting, and standing for extended periods
Use of a creeper for under-vehicle task.
