- Responsible for administrative duties, supporting sales and marketing, managing resident move-ins, and ensuring positive initial and ongoing impressions for prospects and families.
- Assist with lead management, sales processes, marketing plans, and event coordination to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate marketing materials, facilitate smooth resident transitions, and support sales efforts through communication and relationship building.
- Require 2+ years in sales/marketing, proficiency with computer systems, excellent communication skills, and a relevant associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Must demonstrate organization, teamwork, adaptability, and adhere to policies, with flexibility for outside hours and travel as needed.
