What You’ll Do 

  • Respond promptly to all prospect inquiries and assign leads to the appropriate salesperson for timely follow-up. Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales & Marketing Director and Community Sales Counselors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate lead and referral source data, ensuring timely entry into Aline and other community systems. Prepare and distribute required reports accurately and on schedule.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing relevant prospect information with sales and community team members.
  • Guide residents through the move-in process, from apartment selection and deposit to move-in day, delivering a personalized customer experience. Ensure accurate and timely move-in data entry in Aline, coordinate apartment readiness and modifications, provide move-in support, and communicate move-in details to community leadership and the Corporate VP of Marketing & Sales.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, setup, execution, and follow-up of community events in partnership with the Sales & Marketing Director. Manage inventory and ordering of promotional materials and supplies.
  • Stay informed about operational, competitive, and company developments to effectively address prospect and community inquiries. Participate in relevant industry meetings, events, and conferences.

What You'll Need 

  • Must be 21 years of age or older 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required) 
  • 1+ years of related experience in sales or customer service in senior living (required)
  • Associate's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
