$23 to $26 / hour (based on experience) | Full Time 8am - 4:30pm
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree and interior design or decorating-related experience preferred
- Prior experience using CAD software preferred
- Construction Project Management experience preferred
- Interior Design experience preferred
- Proficient with computerized systems and Microsoft Office
- Customer service focused, detail oriented, exceptionally organized, flexible
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable, exemplary follow up skills, excellent listening and communications skills
- Exhibit a high level of overall professionalism
- Some local travel is required
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals.
- Coordinates and guides prospects through the stages of readiness.
- Provides interior design consultation.
- Accountable to ensure new residents have a positive experience from contract signing to move-in.
- Support resident during the design phase and sale of upgrades to incoming and current residents. This includes marketing, selling, ordering, coordinating, inspecting, and accounting for the installation of custom finishes and products in both existing and prospective residents.
- Coordinate a smooth transition of residents into the community, from unit to unit or to another level of living.
- Promotes the re-sale of unoccupied and occupied units.
- Delivers overall support to the sales goals of the community; this includes tours and general inquiries.
- Assists the Sales Director with the daily operation of the sales department.
- Participates with Environmental Services to effectively orchestrate plans for vacant units.
- Networks with community groups and organizations.
- Attends and participates in meetings and sales training as identified by Sales Director.
- Interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other staff.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records.
