Mover - Driver

A Mover - Driver for New Image Leasing will be responsible for the delivery/pick up of rental furniture, warehouse organization, order fulfillment, cleaning of rental furniture, and driving of straight box trucks. This position would require previous experience with driving a 20’ or 26' straight box truck. This is a highly physical role that involves moving furniture items in and out of houses and apartments. This position requires some travel as we deliver across the US. Expected travel is 30 nights per year or less and most are 1 night trips to places within a days drive. This location has a small team, so all employees are expected to perform a variety of jobs as needed on a given day. This position is full-time and will require the employee to have transportation to and from work. This position will come with advancement opportunities. Requirements

• Clean driver's record with ability to be insured by the company (no DUI's as a starting point)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly
• Previous history driving a box truck
• Ability to spend around 30 nights a year on the road (usually with 1 team member, sometimes bigger groups), usually for 1 night at a time
• Willingness to learn new skills and do a variety of jobs (cleaning and repairing furniture, passing out marketing materials)
• Ability to speak English
• Reliable and self-starter
