Pay & Earning Potential
Base Pay: $15.50-$18.50 per hour (based on experience)
Tips: Top performers earn $150-$200+ per week

What You'll Do
Work as part of a professional team to move customer belongings safely
Provide excellent customer service on every job
Safely lift, carry, load, and unload furniture (50-100 lbs regularly)
Navigate stairs, long days, and physically active job sites
Assist with truck inspections and moving equipment
Represent the company with professionalism and reliability
What We're Looking For
Comfortable with physical work (lifting 50-100 lbs repeatedly)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable and accountable
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work long, active days
Must pass background check and drug screening
18+ years old
Experience in warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, athletics, or general labor is helpful but not required.
