Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers to maintain commercial properties
- Load and unload landscaping equipment from crew vehicles and trailers
- Follow crew leader instructions to complete daily route schedules efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work sites throughout each job
- Perform basic landscape maintenance tasks such as blowing debris and clearing clippings
- Properly care for and report any issues with equipment or tools
- MUST have experience with riding mowers
Requirements:
- Prior landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in hot Arizona weather conditions for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Valid ID and reliable transportation to the job site or meeting location
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude toward hands-on labor
