Green Garden is a Seattle-based landscaping company serving residential, HOA, and commercial properties across the city. We're looking for someone who has the drive to do good work, want to be a part of a growing team and someone who takes pride in their work. We are willing to train you on how to mow and lead a crew. A valid drivers license and clean driving record is required.
What you'll do- Lead and manage a mow crew through daily route completion, ensuring all properties are serviced per scope of work and quality standards
- Utilize proper techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct when interacting with clients on-site
- Responsibly operate and drive company trucks between job sites
- Communicate with management on job progress, client concerns, and equipment needs
- Keep equipment organized and report maintenance issues promptly
What we're looking for- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
