Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Mow Crew Team Leader to join our team! You will maintain properties by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanups with the goal of creating beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers.
You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience as a lawn technician is required for this position and a positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and be responsible for a weekly route.
- Operate vehicles and haul a trailer.
- Operate powered equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and other Stihl equipment.
- Maintain equipment ensuring proper use and care daily.
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Train team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience as a lawn technician
- Experience operating mowers, trimmers, etc
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must be able to comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Willing to work in all weather elements
