About the Role:
Join LUTZ LANDSCAPING AND MANAGEMENT INC as a Mow crew technician. You will be completing basic mowing and maintenance task on residential and commercial accounts in the great stark county area on a daily basis.. Responsibilities:

• Complete daily mowing operations to ensure high-quality service.
• Learn from our highly skilled crew leads on best practices in mowing and equipment use.
• Maintain and inspect mowing equipment to ensure optimal performance on a regular basis.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage crew schedules and oversee project timelines for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including trimming and edging and blowing of of all properties.

Requirements:

• Previous 2 experience in professional lawn care with references
• Strong knowledge of mowing techniques, equipment, and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license is a MUST
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a passion for landscaping and outdoor work.
