Winterberry Gardens is hiring an experienced Mowing Foreman to lead a crew servicing residential and commercial properties.
This is a full-time role with 40+ hours per week and consistent work throughout the season.
What you’ll do:

Lead and manage a crew of 1–2 team members

Operate commercial mowing equipment (60” riders, 52” walk-behind mowers)

Ensure high-quality work: mowing, weed control, and cleanups

Maintain safety standards and efficiency on all job sites

Drive truck and trailer to and from job sites
What we’re looking for:

3–5+ years of landscaping/mowing experience

Previous crew leadership experience preferred

Valid driver’s license required

Strong communication and reliability

Spanish speaking is a plus
