Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Author Non-Destructive Test (NDT) procedures.
Incorporate revisions from Responsible Level III into standard procedure review processes.
Develop Computer Assisted Drawings (CAD) for specialized calibration standards.
Set up and calibrate NDT and measurement equipment to required standards.
Create inspection figures detailing location, geometry, accessibility, probe/transducer placement, and signal response.
Report adverse trends or anomalous inspection results.
Requirements:
20+ years of experience in Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
20+ years of aerospace in-service support experience with Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and/or Eddy Current Testing (ET).
Experience writing UT and ET techniques and inspection procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends.
Ability to travel up to 15%.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
25+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
800+ hours Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
300+ hours Ultrasonic Shear-Wave Testing.
800+ hours Eddy Current Testing (ET).
Experience with CAD software.
