The AM VISTA at MPDC will work in collaboration with the Asset Management and Community Action departments. In collaboration with the Senior Asset Manager, the AM VISTA will support in developing and implementing property deal book systems and tools for MPDC's affordable housing rental assets. The AM VISTA will develop and strengthen systems and tools for organizing, tracking, and managing financial, compliance, partnership, and regulatory information. These systems and tools will support long-term portfolio sustainability and housing preservation efforts. In collaboration with the Community Action team, the AM VISTA will design, develop, and pilot a standardized Program Assessment & Evaluation Tool for MPDC programs and services.
