Pay Rate: $29/hour
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented MRB Quality Control Inspector to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for reducing non-conformances, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production and inspection processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform process surveillance, product inspections, and reporting to reduce non-conformances
- Identify and communicate process deviations; collaborate with engineering and production teams on corrective actions
- Assist with MRB (Material Review Board) processes, including disposition of non-conforming parts
- Work with engineering and shop floor personnel to determine rework solutions
- Track and report internal and external defects; support root cause analysis efforts
- Support implementation and maintenance of 6S and MRB best practices
- Follow all safety protocols during inspections
- Inspect packaging methods to ensure products are protected during shipment
- Verify warehouse picking accuracy (part numbers and quantities)
- Partner with inspection teams to ensure timely shipment of products
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ year of quality inspection or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Familiarity with machinist standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO 17025)
- Working knowledge of valves and actuation preferred
- Experience with dimensional inspection and manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
