Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.

Certifications Requirements:

  • ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification.
  • BLS certification.
  • Current state license.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1+ years of MRI technologist experience in hospital, outpatient, or consulting settings.
  • Previous travel experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with GE and Siemens MRI equipment.

Other Requirements:

  • Able to lift and position patients as needed.
  • Strong communication and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality MRI imaging for outpatient and inpatient patients, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to achieve precise diagnostic results.
  • Maintain and operate GE and Siemens MRI equipment, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
  • Support patient positioning, IV administration, and sedation procedures as needed.
  • Document procedures accurately within EPIC and PACS systems, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.
