**Description** **MRI Technologist - Full Time (0.9 FTE, Night Shift)** **PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center** ?? **Bellingham, WA** **?? $50.16-$75.29/hour + $4.50/hr night shift differential** **?? Full Time | 0.90 FTE | Shift lengths may include both 10- and 12-hour shifts** **?? Union-represented role. Multiple openings may be available.** **?? Relocation assistance may be available** PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center is hiring a Full-Time MRI Technologist for a 0.9 FTE night shift position. This role performs routine and advanced MRI exams while providing safe, high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. **Pay & Differentials** + **Base pay: $50.16-$75.29/hour (Pay based on experience, education, and union agreement)** + **Night differential: +$4.50/hr** **Key Responsibilities** + Perform routine and specialized MRI examinations + Prepare patients and equipment for exams + Review clinical history and prior imaging to select proper protocols + Operate MRI equipment and ensure image quality + Follow ACR MRI safety guidelines at all times + Perform venipuncture and contrast administration as required + Document exams accurately in PACS/RIS **Required Qualifications** **Education** Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program **Experience** + MRI or radiology experience preferred (1+ year) + Venipuncture competency required + Knowledge of MRI procedures, anatomy, and imaging protocols + Ability to work with PACS/RIS and computer-based imaging systems **Certification & Licensure** + ARRT (R), ARRT (MR), ARRT (S) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification required at hire OR + ARMRIT certification accepted + ARRT (MR) required within 18 months of hire if not already obtained + Washington State Radiologic Technologist licensure required at hire + BLS certification required **Additional Information** + Position may assist with CT duties **Benefits** PeaceHealth offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions + Paid time off + Life and disability insurance + Tuition and continuing education reimbursement + Wellness and mental health support programs **Why Bellingham, Washington** Bellingham delivers an exceptional quality of life alongside your career. + No Washington state income tax + Coastal living with mountains, water, and trails minutes away + Outdoor recreation year round-hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing + Strong community feel with local dining, arts, and breweries + Located 90 minutes north of Seattle and 30 minutes south of Vancouver, BC + Relocation assistance may be available for those moving to the area.
