What You'll Do
As a PRN MRI Technologist, you'll help maintain exceptional imaging quality while providing outstanding patient care during evening and weekend coverage.
Perform Advanced MRI Imaging
- Perform routine and specialty MRI examinations, including breast imaging
- Produce consistently high-quality diagnostic images
- Operate advanced GE 1.5T and 3T MRI systems
- Adapt imaging protocols to meet individual patient needs
Deliver Exceptional Patient Care
- Create a calm, reassuring experience for every patient
- Explain procedures clearly and answer patient questions
- Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout each examination
- Build patient confidence through compassionate communication
Maintain Clinical Excellence
- Follow MRI safety protocols and best practices
- Complete accurate documentation in PACS and RIS
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging
- Maintain imaging quality standards while supporting efficient patient flow
What You'll Bring
Required
- Six months or more of MRI experience or completion of an accredited MRI training program
- ARRT (R), ARRT (MR), or ARMRIT certification
- Current BLS certification
Preferred
- Experience in an outpatient imaging environment
- Familiarity with PACS and RIS systems
- Experience performing specialty MRI examinations

Compensation
Based on your qualifications and experience, the compensation range for this position is:
$41.65 - $56.35 per hour
Placement within the range is determined by factors including experience, education, certifications, and internal equity.
