+ **Pay range:** $44.97-$66.97/hr. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc
+ **15% differential** in lieu of benefits
+ **Additional shift differentials** to recognize and reward you for taking on harder-to-fill shifts:
+ Evenings: +$3.50/hr
+ Nights: +$5.00/hr
+ Weekends: +$1.00/hr
**What You'll Do**
+ Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies for MRI exams
+ Manage your workflow and assist with basic clerical tasks
+ Review imaging history, labs, and patient information to ensure high-quality results
+ Collaborate with physicians to select appropriate exams
+ Guide and support patients before and after their procedure
+ Adjust imaging techniques based on patient needs and findings
+ Operate MRI equipment and follow all quality and safety standards
+ Follow ACR MRI safety guidelines
+ Provide training to colleagues or students as needed
+ Carry out duties appropriate to your role and licensure
**What You Bring**
**Education**
Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent education and/or experience as required for obtaining certification/license/registration as required by State for clinical practice
**Experience**
1 year of experience preferred
**Skills & Competencies**
+ Ability to provide age-appropriate care
+ Venipuncture skills
+ Strong knowledge of MRI terminology, procedures, physiology, and anatomy
+ Ability to use MRI software and computer applications
+ PACS/RIS experience
**Credentials**
+ ARRT certification in Radiography, MRI, Sonography, Nuclear Medicine, or ARMRIT
+ ARRT (MR) within 6 months of hire
+ Basic Life Support (BLS)
