Recognized as a "Great Place to Work" for four years running, we pride ourselves on a culture that is warm, welcoming, and deeply rooted in clinical expertise.
Role: MRI Technologist
Ready to take the next step in your career with a team that values your growth? We are looking for a skilled Technologist to join our team.
The Perks:
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500 for qualified ARRT (MR) candidates.
Competitive Pay: $35.00 – $50.00/hour (based on experience).
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (No weekends).
Environment: A supportive, patient-focused department with a cohesive and friendly team atmosphere.
Your Impact (A Day in the Life):
Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality MRI procedures following physician protocols and safety standards.
Patient Advocacy: Guide patients through the process—screening for contraindications (implants/pacemakers), explaining the procedure, and ensuring comfort from start to finish.
Safety First: Administer contrast media when necessary, monitor for reactions, and maintain a sterile, OSHA/HIPAA-compliant workspace.
Technical Accuracy: Manage patient records and data entry with high attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnostic reporting.
Collaboration: Work closely with our Radiologists and front-office staff to provide a seamless, "patient-first" experience.
What You’ll Bring:
Education: Graduate of an accredited imaging technology program.
Certification: Current ARRT registration.
Licensure: Must hold a valid Maryland state license (or be eligible to obtain one).
Life Safety: BLS/CPR certification (required within 90 days of hire).
Physical Ability: Must be able to assist with lifting and positioning patients as needed.
