Perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures to support diagnostic accuracy and patient care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain patient comfort and safety throughout all imaging procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MRI procedures following established protocols and safety standards.
Position patients and operate MRI equipment to produce high quality diagnostic images.
Apply independent judgment and clinical knowledge to support accurate imaging outcomes.
Collaborate with technologists, nurses, and radiologists to support patient care.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and departmental requirements.
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
ARRT (MR) preferred; MRI certification must be obtained within required timeframe if not already held.
State license required (or willing to obtain).
Current BLS certification required.
Prior MRI experience preferred; strong cross sectional anatomy knowledge is a plus.
