Experience or 'Must have' skills Starting IVs
Average # of scans/studies per day 10-16 per scanner
EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use MERGE PACS

Transitioning to EPIC at end of October
Department Specific Equipment (Client, Phillips, Siemens) Client, the mobile unit will be a Siemens
Is there a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift? Yes- supervisor on day shift and alternating lead tech on day shift
Do they use RRAs (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No
Radiologist in-house? on day shift
Do they have to start IVs? (if applicable to the department) Yes
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) The shift will be Monday-Friday 1030a-7p. They will take call for one week at a time every 3rd week.
Weekend Requirements Call every 3rd weekend
