MRI Technologist

Job Summary:
MRI technologists run the magnetic resonance imaging scanner to create a diagnostic image for the physician.
They maintain imaging equipment and ensure that their patients are protected and in an optimal position for imaging.
They must work closely with the physician by taking medical histories, keeping records and adjusting the scanner as directed.

Skills & Experience: -Two (2) years of experience as a Technologist in Imaging Services preferred. null

Required Education:
Associates Degree in Applied Science

Certification & Licensure:
-Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography.
Current BLS Preferred  Certification & Licensure:  N/A null

English: Read, Write, Speak

Schedule Notes:
Duration: 13 weeks.
Interview Type: teams meetings or phone interviews with manager and lead tech
Minimum Exp: 2 years of RI experience. Hospital experience required
Certification/Education Required: ARRT (MR), BLS Required
Schedule: 3/12's - 6am-6pm, every other to every 3rd weekend (Candidate must be able to cover weekends on a rotational basis

Shift Hours:
6a-6p Days vary, be able to cover weekends on a rotational basis. Every other to every 3rd weekend.
