MRO & Asset Management Transformation Architect

Job Description
Individual needs to have a strong MRO supply chain associated indirect procurement, Asset management with engineering-to-MRO BOM processes within a complex heavy discreate manufacturing environment. The individual should understand how to connect Engineering, Plant Maintenance, Reliability, Inventory, Sourcing and Procurement into an end-to-end operating model, including asset and part criticality, OEM and third-party component relationships, part supersession and equivalency, repairable/rotable spares, stocking strategies, Supplier management and MRO readiness for new equipment and production lines. Sound understating of BOM/ Engineering data models and how AI can be leveraged to enrich/ transform the data models/ harmonize the data models across multiple Engineering/ Asset Mgmt. and MRO systems will be required
The role also requires strong business-process architecture and transformation skills, including current/future-state process design, workshop facilitation, business rules, functional requirements, governance, KPIs and implementation roadmaps.
Familiarity with platforms such as IBM Maximo, Teamcenter and related ERP (SAP/Oracle) /EAM/PLM ecosystems is highly desirable, along with the ability to work closely with data and AI teams to translate MRO business requirements into practical automation and intelligent decision-support capabilities.
Preferable Experience in the Auotmotive Industry.
