MRO Coordinator
Pay: $30 – $35/hour, DOE
1st shift, Monday - Friday
We are seeking a proactive MRO Coordinator to manage maintenance inventory, work orders, and preventative scheduling to ensure maximum operational uptime. In this key role, you will collaborate across plant departments, maintain spare-parts availability, and act as the primary ERP super-user for the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement & Inventory: Manage purchasing and receiving for all MRO supplies, maintain accurate spare-parts inventory, and establish optimal min/max stocking levels.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Create and track work orders and preventative maintenance schedules aligned with production runs; coordinate maintenance labor to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Systems Lead: Act as the NetSuite/ERP primary power user for the department, handling data entry, purchase orders, KPI reporting, and operational metrics.
- Cross-Functional Partner: Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Plant Leadership to communicate potential production impacts and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, combined with 3+ years of relevant procurement experience (food/beverage industry preferred); equivalent experience (5+ years) considered.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and departmental data management (NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven ability to analyze data, build reports, and solve operational challenges effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple deadlines independently.
- Clear, professional communication skills with a track record of effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Adaptable mindset, comfortable working through process improvements and organizational change.
Pay & Benefits:
- $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience
