What you will be doing:
With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:
Develop and maintain MRO component and engine specifications, ensuring the adoption of the most technically efficient, modern, flexible, and cost-effective methods.
Define and uphold technical requirements for component repair processes, ensuring compliance across the component repair network.
Ensure that all required Maintenance, Operational, and Overhaul technical data aligns with the company's regulatory standards, contractual obligations, and customer commitments.
Support product quality assessments, such as First Article Inspections (FAI) and Last Article Inspections (LAI), at manufacturing and overhaul facilities, including the approval of repair suppliers via Verification Production Method (GP EP3.2.4).
Analyze product service deterioration, gathering insights from maintenance and repair facilities to inform the product maturity strategy and identify lifecycle cost optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, MRO Bases, Workshops, Service Operations, Planning & Purchasing, Design teams, and other stakeholders to support remanufacturing and overhaul workshops, while identifying and driving improvements.
Ensure technical solutions meet agreed requirements, including restoring service-run components to a fully functioning condition.
Support the establishment and approval of new repair and overhaul capabilities.
