JOB SUMMARY

An MRO Inventory Material Worker is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and maintaining inventory for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) materials in 05-029, 05-090, 05-048. These materials typically include spare parts, tools, consumables (not containing chemicals), safety supplies, equipment components, and maintenance-related items used to support facility, manufacturing, and equipment operations. These materials do NOT include any chemical's or API's.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Store items in designated inventory locations using proper handling procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in a CMMS, ERP, or inventory management system.
  • Perform cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and stock reconciliations.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify appropriate personnel when replenishment is needed.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of the MRO storeroom or warehouses.
  • Follow FIFO, shelf-life, lot control, and expiration-date requirements where applicable.
  • Handle returns, defective parts, and obsolete inventory according to company procedures.
  • Operates basic to moderately complex equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) following training and

certification requirements.

  • Comply with safety, quality, GMP, and company policies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material-handling operations.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

  • Must have a basic understanding of inventory and warehouse procedures and the ability to safely operate standard material-handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is essential, along with basic computer or data-entry proficiency.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety practices are critical to success in this role.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment. This role will involve work in manufacturing environment.

As a condition of employment, incumbents will be required to participate in employer-provided medical surveillance programs in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and company policy.
