Job Description
Reports to: Athletic Director & Head Coach
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current first aid/CPR card
- Ability to meet WIAA coaching requirements and follow all WIAA and district guidelines
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, community members and athletic director
Duties:
- Plan and execute or assist with the process for all team practices
- Supervise players and volunteers at all team events (games, practices, road trips, meetings, etc.)
- Provide basic medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries. Be able to execute emergency plan for athleic facilities
- Keep current with district and WIAA rules and regulations
- Work collaboratively to ensure athletic program is aligned with the vision and philosophy of the head coach and athletic director
- Post-season collection of all issued equipment, med kits, keys and uniforms for inventory
- Post-season debriefing/evaluation

Starting date: Fall 2026
Salary: Per Extra-Curricular Agreement
