Heritage Christian School is seeking a Middle School Head Coach. The coach will interact directly with student-athletes, coaches, parents, and as a representative of HCS Athletics to be a highly visible platform for the exhibition of Christian character. The employeeis to live and coach in such a way so that student-athletes are led to righteousness in every area of life, and in particular their athletic development. The head coach is committed to fostering an environment of encouragement, teamwork, and excellence; not criticism, individualism, or perfectionism. Prior coaching or playing experience is preferred. Previous managerial experience is a plus.
