Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support Enterprise Client business capabilities.
  • The resource will work closely with Product, Business, and IT partners to configure and customize CRM functionality, develop integrations, build custom workflows and automation, and support post MVP delivery of the Enterprise Client CRM.
  • Responsibilities include development of Dynamics entities, forms, workflows, plugins, APIs, Power Platform components, system integrations, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • The resource will participate in solution design discussions, perform code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help establish development standards and best practices for the Enterprise Client CRM platform.
  • Enterprise Client CRM is a new Dynamics CRM implementation leveraging out-of-the-box Microsoft capabilities, targeted custom development, and future integration with Microsoft AI and Copilot capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 Sales, including greenfield implementation
  • Robust understanding of Dataverse, Dynamics entities, forms, business rules, and security models
  • Experience developing Dynamics plugins, custom workflows, and integrations
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud-native development patterns
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end customization within Dynamics
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams
  • Robust problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Preferred: Experience implementing CRM solutions for sales, relationship management, or client engagement organizations
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled workflows, and CRM automation capabilities
