Work Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end CRM solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
  • Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable functional and solution designs.
  • Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and implement Dynamics 365 Sales processes including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, and Sales Forecasting.
  • Develop customer engagement strategies using Dynamics 365 Marketing features like Customer Segmentation and Campaign Management.
  • Architect solutions for Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including Case Management and Omnichannel Engagement.
  • Drive adoption of Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Define integration patterns with ERP, Finance, HR, eCommerce, and third-party applications.
  • Design integrations using Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, and APIs.
  • Develop data migration and master data management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of Dynamics CRM/D365 CE implementation experience.
  • Minimum 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
  • Strong expertise in D365 Sales, D365 Marketing/Customer Insights - Journeys, and D365 Customer Service.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes, customer lifecycle management, and digital transformation initiatives.
