Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current data and analytics landscape.
• Define the target data architecture using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and execute migration strategies for:
  • Data warehouses
  • Lakehouses
  • ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Analytics workloads
  • Reporting solutions
• Architect scalable and secure Microsoft Fabric solutions.
• Establish comprehensive migration roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Lead implementation teams and provide architectural guidance.
• Ensure data solutions meet enterprise requirements for:
  • Scalability
  • Security
  • Governance
  • Cost optimization
• Optimize the performance of Fabric-based data solutions.
• Enable modern data, AI, and self-service analytics capabilities across the enterprise.
• Drive the adoption of Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud data architecture.

Required Technical Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Data & Analytics.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Experience with modern data warehouse and lakehouse architectures.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and data migration.
• Experience with enterprise data governance, security, and architecture.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, AI, and self-service BI capabilities.
