The Clayton School District is accepting applications for a Middle/High School English teacher for the 2026 - 27 school year. The District is accepting applications from individuals that possess the requisite knowledge, skills and licensure.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Candidates possessing DPI certification to teach High School English. Candidates that are passionate about working in a highly regarded, fast-paced learning community where students'' needs come first.
Prior experience teaching English is preferred.
The ability to teach through real-world application of technology.
A background in the use of assessments to guide instruction and progress monitor student learning.
A student-centered learning environment with the ability to adapt lessons based on student needs.
Experience or willingness to work within collaborative structures at the building.
Experience or desire to advise clubs.
