We’re hiring a mid-level MS Power Apps Analyst with hands-on experience building production solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role is for someone who has owned real workflows end-to-end—design, build, deploy, support—and understands how Power Platform solutions operate inside a regulated, enterprise environment.

You’ll work directly with business partners to translate requirements into secure, scalable applications using Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365. The focus is on practical delivery, system reliability, and continuous improvement—not theoretical architecture.
What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and support Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) used in day-to-day business operations

  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline approvals, data movement, and system integrations

  • Configure and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows

  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive)

  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and functional specifications

  • Perform enhancements, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support

  • Coordinate changes and development efforts with offsite or third-party developers

  • Conduct system testing, user validation, and deployment activities

  • Produce clear technical documentation and end-user training materials

  • Ensure solutions align with IT governance, security controls, and compliance standards
What we’re looking for

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) in a production environment

  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and design

  • Experience integrating systems using APIs, connectors, data mapping, or basic ETL concepts

  • Ability to gather requirements directly from business users and convert them into working solutions

  • Solid troubleshooting skills and comfort supporting applications post-deployment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in banking or financial services is preferred, especially in environments with formal change management and security requirements.
Experience & education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, data, or a related field

  • Approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, application support, or Power Platform development

  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered
Technical environment

  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)

  • Power Automate

  • SharePoint Online

  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive)

  • SQL, scripting, or system integration experience is a plus
