MS Power Platform Developer

Location: Hybrid at Raleigh, NC

Duration: 12 months

Seeking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to create a statewide billing system for establishments holding food, lodging, pool, and tattoo permits. The existing software is reaching end-of-life and needs to be redeveloped using the Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a pipeline to mirror SQL data from an AWS cloud DB to Dataverse for extracting active facilities lists.
• Create automations in Dynamics to generate invoices, send emails, and track payment statuses.
• Leverage PayIt for online payments and integrate payment reports into Dynamics for invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure the Dynamics system logs and reconciles check payments with NCFS records.
• Manage all invoicing communication through a case management system, linking relevant records.
• Develop a reporting system for invoicing metrics and program performance analysis.
• Implement a robust ALM system across Development, UAT, and PROD environments for seamless functionality promotion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation.
• Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of SQL database structure.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certification-Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
