· A minimum of 8+ years of overall experience in IT MSSQL Database Domain (On Prem and cloud) with proven experience in Database Operations.
· Strong proficiency in MSSQL database management with 2019 and 2022 versions of MSSQL
· Solid understanding on installing, configuring and troubleshooting MSSQL server, specifically Always ON Availability Groups, Replication, Clustering.
· Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
· Test and validate backups to guarantee recoverability in case of failures with DR experience
· Knowledge of Cloud services, preferably Azure and AWS
· Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements.
· Experience in designing and automating repetitive processes to streamline service and ensure consistency.
· Good hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation
