What You’ll Do:
  • Expertly provide bedside care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients, including those with mixed acuity needs
  • Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and IV starts following hospital protocols
  • Utilize EPIC electronic medical records efficiently
  • Monitor and respond to patient changes, including tracheostomy management when needed
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
  • Float within units of similar or lower acuity based on staffing needs

What You Need:
  • Current Ohio RN license with BCLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospital RN experience
  • Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and Tracheostomy management
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous travel experience preferred but not required
