What Youll Do- Provide symptom management and palliative care for patients with serious illnesses
- Manage symptoms such as uncontrolled pain, nausea/vomiting, fatigue, and failure to thrive
- Float across high-acuity medical-surgical units as needed, bringing versatility to your skills
- Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and communication
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient quality of life
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
- Support patient comfort and dignity throughout care delivery
What You Need- Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in med-surg or palliative care
- Strong skills in symptom management and patient communication
- Epic electronic health record experience required
- Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity level
- Travel experience is a plus
