Experience: Minimum 3 years Med/Surg RN experience

What Youll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in a Med/Surg setting, with patient ratios around 1:3
Administer IVs, perform telephonic monitoring, and utilize EPIC electronic medical records system effectively
Float between units within the organization as needed, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care
Follow established protocols for patient safety and infection control
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Document care activities accurately and promptly in electronic health records
Maintain compliance with all facility policies and procedures
What You Need
Required:
Valid Ohio RN license
BLS certification
Minimum of 3 years Med/Surg RN experience
Proficiency in IV start and tele monitor management
Experience with EPIC or similar EMR system
Preferred:
Previous travel nursing experience
Flexibility to float across different units within the hospital
