What Youll Do
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, managing patients' cardiac rhythms
Provide direct nursing care in a fast-paced tele/medical-surgical environment
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient information accurately using Epic EMR system
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
Valid Louisiana RN License
BLS certification; ACLS preferred
Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical and telemetry experience
Strong ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work night shifts and meet holiday requirements
