As aMember Services Advisor, RCC, a typical day will include:
Providing customer service and support for The Ritz-Carlton Club
Processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, mail, internet request, or in person.
Assisting members with their reservation and informational needs.
Checking reservation availability and finding alternate dates or accommodations if needed.
Verifying reservation and account details to ensure accuracy.
Assisting members by resolving complaints and/or reservation errors professionally and politely to ensure effective resolutions and customer satisfaction.
AssistingMembers with additional vacation ownership usage options.
The listing is applicable for applicants who reside in Salt Lake City, Utah or Orlando, Florida areas (within two hours of the office locations).
Guest Experience and Company Standards
Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally, responding promptly to requests in a professional and positive manner.
Supports team to reach common goals and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and follows company policies and safety procedures.
To Become aMember Services Advisor, RCC at MVW:
Must have availability to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
Must be able to stand or sit, for an extended period of time.
Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
Position may require background and/or drug screeningcontingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
