The MSB Sales Associate is the person in charge of promoting Tony's MSB products and services through excellent customer service, ensuring that all compliance regulations and operation procedures and policies are followed. The MSB Sales Associate's main responsibility is to profitably grow sales of MSB products and services, this includes: a) Welcoming MSB customers, guiding them through the products, answering questions, and making sure customers have a pleasant experience; b) Following the training manuals and SOP's for the department core processes; c) Maintaining the required AML & BSA certifications up to date; d) Recommending related products to increase customers' options and enrich their relationship with Cardenas; e) Conducting and registering the transactions in the POS; f) Being accountable for the sales, cash, transactions, etc. recorded on their behalf. The individual in the role is to continually grow the capacity for efficiency, effectiveness and service, while maintaining company core values.

Pay scale $15.00-$20.03The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. *Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.
Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members. Team Members are also able to participate in the company's 401k plan that includes a safe harbor match.
