MSFT Enterprise Services Architect / Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking an MSFT Enterprise Services Architect/Manager in Miami, FL (Florida). Summary: We are seeking a Microsoft Modern Workplace Technology Leader to drive enterprise collaboration, endpoint management, identity services, and digital workplace initiatives across a global organization. This role will serve as the technical owner of the Microsoft Modern Workplace ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Enterprise Mobility & Security, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. The individual will collaborate with business leaders, HR, Communications, and technology teams to enhance employee productivity, improve end-user support operations, and deliver secure, scalable workplace solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions that align with business objectives
• Serve as the technical lead for Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Mobility & Security, and Windows 10/11 environments
• Manage identity, device management, security, compliance, and tenant administration activities
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technology solutions
• Lead complex infrastructure and workplace technology projects from conception through deployment
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to internal teams and support partners
• Manage strategic relationships with Microsoft and enterprise technology vendors
• Oversee outsourced support operations, ensuring SLA adherence and service quality
• Drive process improvements across L1-L4 support functions, including documentation, escalation paths, and operational reporting
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics to monitor support effectiveness, service levels, and operational trends
• Create training materials, workshops, and user adoption programs to maximize technology utilization
• Analyze service and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience administering Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience leading technical teams, managed service providers, or enterprise support organizations
• Experience managing support processes, SLAs, incident management, and service delivery metrics
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility & Security, and Windows endpoint management
• Technical understanding of system integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience creating operational dashboards
• Proven ability to architect and deploy enterprise-scale Microsoft workplace solutions
• Ability to develop documentation, operational procedures, and training materials

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Microsoft certifications such as SC-300, SC-100, SC-200, AZ-305, or equivalent
• Experience within retail, hospitality, or QSR environments
• Background working with enterprise Microsoft licensing and large-scale Microsoft partnerships
