This role requires strong expertise in networking, cloud technologies, and modern identity management solutions, with a focus on Microsoft ecosystems.Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure including managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access pointsMonitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issuesPlan and execute cloud migrations from on-premise environments to Microsoft 365 and AzureManage and support Microsoft 365 (O365) services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDriveAdminister Azure Active Directory / Entra ID , including user provisioning, group policies, conditional access, and identity securityImplement and maintain hybrid environments integrating on-premise Active Directory with cloud identity platformsConfigure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security policiesPerform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance of servers and network devicesSupport virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware) and server infrastructureMaintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and proceduresCollaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver infrastructure improvements and IT solutionsRequired Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in system and network engineering or similar roleStrong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching)Hands-on experience with managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access pointsExperience with Microsoft 365 administration and migrationsProficiency in Azure AD / Entra ID and identity managementExperience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft AzureKnowledge of on-premise infrastructure including Windows Server and Active DirectoryFamiliarity with VPN technologies and network security best practicesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environmentCertifications such as: Microsoft (Azure Administrator, M365)CompTIA Network+ or Security+Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planningScripting or automation experience (PowerShell preferred)Soft Skills Strong communication and client-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong documentation habitsTeam player with a proactive mindsetWork Environment On-Site (5 Days a week in Office) - NO REMOTE or HYBRID OPTIONSOccasional after-hours work for maintenance or migrationsCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience)Health insurancePaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and certification support401(k) with company match (if applicable)Why Join Us Work with a collaborative and technically strong teamExposure to diverse technologies and client environmentsOpportunities for career growth within the MSP organization
