Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent. The position focuses on providing comprehensive mental health care, crisis intervention, and case management while collaborating with medical teams.
Clinical Care: Provide individual/family therapy, psychotherapy, and urgent crisis intervention.
Assessment & Planning: Conduct diagnostic interviews and psychological evaluations to develop treatment and discharge plans.
Case Management: Coordinate with social service agencies for financial aid and external resources; perform home visits/outreach as needed.
Supervision & Training: Provide clinical oversight to lower-level therapists and graduate interns, and deliver in-service training to staff.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed patient records, prepare documents for legal proceedings (e.g., civil commitments), and monitor program budgets.
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
Licensure: LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) or license-pending (with temporary documentation).
Experience: Previous clinical experience is required.
Skills: Expertise in crisis intervention, psychological testing familiarity, and the ability to maintain emotional stability in high-stress environments.
Languages: Bilingual/Trilingual skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese are highly preferred.
