    • Audit CARES documentation and client charts to maintain audit readiness and ensure accurate, confidential recordkeeping.
    • Build and maintain partnerships with community providers to connect families with housing, mental health, substance use, and supportive services.
    • Develop workshops, facilitate client engagement activities, and participate in monthly house meetings and housing-focused initiatives.
    • Provide leadership support for program operations, participate in DHS housing metrics activities, and oversee services in the absence of the Program Director.

    WHO YOU WILL BE

    • Experience working with vulnerable populations, including survivors of domestic violence, individuals with mental health or substance use challenges, and families experiencing homelessness.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
    • Working knowledge of entitlement systems, community resources, and case management best practices.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of CARES preferred.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
