What You’ll Do
  • Perform blood bank testing including type, RH, antibody screening, and compatibility testing
  • Operate and troubleshoot chemistry, urinalysis, hematology, and coagulation analyzers
  • Conduct daily quality control and maintenance procedures on testing equipment
  • Accurately perform serological, microbiological, and microscopic testing
  • Adhere to universal precautions and safety protocols
  • Ensure timely, precise completion of tests and documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with lab staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members
  • Demonstrate professional conduct and excellent communication skills
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid MT, MLT, or MLS license or certification
  • Experience with blood bank and chemistry analyzers
  • Strong venipuncture skills and attention to quality control standards
  • Dependability and ability to follow protocols

Preferred:
  • Blood bank experience is a plus
  • Experience working with Cerner EMR system
