Mt. Washington Elementary School is seeking a student-centered, enthusiastic individual to serve as an Assistant Coach for our 4th/5th grade boys basketball program. The ideal candidate will work closely with the head coach to support practices, games, player development, team organization, and other needs of the program.
Candidates should have a genuine love for working with elementary-aged students and demonstrate patience, compassion, dependability, and flexibility. The successful candidate will communicate positively and professionally with players, families, staff, officials, and fellow coaches while helping create an encouraging and supportive team environment.
Evening and occasional weekend availability is required for practices, and games.
