Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop MuleSoft API Gateway solutions to support enterprise business requirements.
  • Configure, customize, and implement API Gateway policies to meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain MuleSoft APIs using Anypoint Platform and DataWeave 2.0.
  • Create API specifications using RAML or OpenAPI and implement them within MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
  • Configure API Gateway security controls, including SSL, OAuth2, threat protection, and data protection.
  • Deploy and manage applications using the Runtime Fabric (RTF) deployment model.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps, and operations teams to deliver scalable API solutions.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, Maven, GitOps, and ArgoCD.
  • Perform unit testing using MUnit and performance testing using JMeter.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve API Gateway issues using ELK, Dynatrace, and Anypoint Monitoring tools.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote MuleSoft development best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs, API specifications, user guides, and release notes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve API performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Build reusable MuleSoft components and shared libraries for enterprise-wide use.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and production support for MuleSoft applications.
  • Stay current with MuleSoft platform enhancements, API security standards, and industry best practices.
