Position: MuleSoft Tech Analyst

Business Analysis & Functional Requirements Expertise
Strong experience in requirement elicitation, functional analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation with clear traceability and business outcome alignment.
MuleSoft Integration Knowledge
Solid understanding of MuleSoft platform concepts including APIs, integration patterns, data transformation (DataWeave), and system orchestration in enterprise environments.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams, facilitate workshops, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex enterprise integration initiatives, driving requirement discovery through structured stakeholder interactions and translating strategic objectives into actionable functional outcomes.
Develop comprehensive functional requirement specifications, including process flows, business rules, data mappings, and non-functional requirements with high emphasis on clarity, traceability, and testability.
Collaborate closely with architects and integration teams to define and refine MuleSoft-based integration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and stakeholder discussions to prioritize features based on business value, dependencies, and risk.
Perform impact analysis across upstream and downstream systems to validate functional assumptions and ensure alignment of integration behavior and data contracts.
Create detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that reflect real-world business scenarios and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Work with development and QA teams to clarify requirements, support test planning, and assist in defect triage to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved system integration to enhance customer and partner experiences.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as process models, interface specifications, and integration architecture overviews to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Support change management by conducting solution walkthroughs, preparing training materials, and ensuring business readiness for releases.
Monitor delivered features against requirements, gather stakeholder feedback, and drive continuous improvement through iterative enhancements.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to establishing consistent business analysis practices across teams
