Multi-Axis CNC Lathe/Mill Operator
Where: San Antonio, TX | Shift: 2nd Shift

Your challenge
Picture this: a new job hits the floor with tight tolerances and a short lead time. You strategize workholding, select the right tooling, load the program, and fine-tune it at the control (Fanuc & HAAS) to achieve perfect first-article results. You verify critical dimensions with micrometers, calipers, and indicators, keeping every feature on target. When priorities shift, you pivot smoothly between a 3–4 axis VMC and a live-tooled lathe—keeping quality and throughput high.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate mill-turns, 3–4 axis mills, and lathes with live tooling
- Edit programs at the machine to optimize cycle time and accuracy
- Conduct inspections to confirm parts meet specification
- Interpret blueprints, including dimensions, tolerances, and process notes
- Choose and secure fixtures, tools, and related setup hardware
- Perform daily machine maintenance
What it takes
- At least 2 years on CNC Mill-Turn (or strong background on both mills and lathes)
- Proven ability to edit at the control using Fanuc & HAAS
- Skilled with precision measurement tools: micrometers, calipers, indicators
- Composure and speed in a fast-paced setting
- Desire to learn and grow with a supportive team
